1. Current configuration
The LoadMosaic website currently uses no first-party analytics, behavioural advertising, cross-site tracking, A/B testing or embedded chat. It therefore does not currently display a consent banner for non-essential technologies.
2. Language preference
The website stores the key loadmosaic-lang in browser localStorage only to remember one of the supported language codes. It contains no name, email, licence key or advertising identifier, and is not sent with every request as a cookie. It remains until the user clears the site data or replaces the preference.
3. Cloudflare technical processing
Cloudflare delivers and protects the website and may use strictly necessary security, load-balancing and network diagnostic mechanisms. Network Error Logging or similar reports, when enabled through response headers, may send technical failure information to the configured infrastructure. These mechanisms are not used by LoadMosaic for advertising or commercial profiling.
4. External checkout
A purchase link opens a checkout operated on Lemon Squeezy’s domain. Lemon Squeezy may use its own cookies or similar technologies for payment, security, fraud prevention and preferences under the notice displayed there. LoadMosaic does not control consent inside that external domain.
5. Controls and future changes
Users can change the language on the website or delete the preference through browser site-data controls. Before introducing any non-essential analytics, advertising, video, map, chat or similar technology, LoadMosaic will reassess the requirements, update these notices and request prior consent where legally required.
