Refund and withdrawal policy

Voluntary refund rules, consumer withdrawal rights and technical remedies.

Effective date: 21 August 2026Version 1.0

1. Payment and refund operator

Lemon Squeezy’s entity identified at checkout and on the receipt acts as Merchant of Record and operationally manages payment, invoicing, refunds and chargebacks. Rafael Guerrero Chueca develops and licenses LoadMosaic and handles software issues at [email protected].

2. Demo and voluntary policy

Customers are encouraged to use the demo to check compatibility and workflow before buying. The existence or use of a demo does not by itself remove a consumer’s statutory rights.

Once a valid key has been supplied or activated, no additional voluntary refund is offered merely for a change of mind, lack of use or expectations clearly contrary to the pre-purchase description. This rule never limits mandatory withdrawal or conformity rights, remedies for non-delivery or defects, or Lemon Squeezy’s ability and obligations to issue a refund.

3. Consumers: 14-day withdrawal

Where EU or Spanish consumer law applies, a consumer generally has 14 calendar days from conclusion of the distance contract to withdraw, unless a valid statutory exception applies or another mandatory law grants greater protection.

For digital content supplied immediately without a tangible medium, loss of the withdrawal right applies only if the consumer gave prior express consent to begin supply during that period, acknowledged the resulting loss of the right, and received the required contractual confirmation on a durable medium. A demo, website visit or generic acceptance alone does not establish that waiver.

If the right remains available, send an unequivocal withdrawal statement before the deadline to the channel shown on the Lemon Squeezy receipt or to [email protected]. Include the order number, purchase date, purchaser name and purchase email. A particular form is not required.

4. Businesses and professionals

The statutory consumer withdrawal right does not apply to a company or professional purchasing within its business or professional activity. The voluntary policy above and contractual or statutory remedies for defects and breach continue to apply.

5. Defect, non-conformity or failed delivery

Report a missing download or key, invalid activation, material mismatch with the description or other defect to [email protected], providing the order number, purchase email, LoadMosaic version, operating system and a concise description. Do not send full card data, passwords or identity documents. Depending on applicable law, correction, replacement, renewed delivery, price reduction or termination and refund may be available.

6. How refunds are completed

Requests may be made through the support or refund mechanism shown by Lemon Squeezy or through LoadMosaic support. Only the minimum information needed to verify the order, deactivate the licence where appropriate and execute the refund will be exchanged.

A valid consumer withdrawal is reimbursed without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after notice of withdrawal, using the same payment method unless another method is expressly accepted without cost. Lemon Squeezy carries out the payment operation. Following full termination or refund, use must cease and the licence may be deactivated; the user’s own files remain theirs.

7. Mandatory rights

Any mandatory law that provides greater protection prevails over this policy. Lemon Squeezy’s buyer terms also apply to the transaction but do not replace the licensor’s obligations concerning the software.
